John Falkenstein strongly believes that employment law is a complex area of law requiring specialist help and advocacy.
Having been a Head of Chambers on two occasions, Mr. Falkenstein has scaled down his practice in the past year. He works as a sole practitioner, taking a limited number of cases each year from specialist practitioners. Whilst enquiries about dates and fees are always welcomed, no instructions will be accepted unless they can be given full and proper attention.
No work is ‘returned’ to other barristers.
Mr. Falkenstein continues to provide advice and at Employment Tribunal hearings and Appeal hearings in both England and Scotland and advice with non contentious matters including advice and drafting.
