We undertake a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work ranging from acting on behalf of the individual employee or small business to Trade Unions and Local Authorities.
In addition to working with instructing solicitors, Head of Chambers John Falkenstein is registered under the Public Access Scheme for the Bar. Therefore, companies or individuals who wish to instruct a barrister directly should contact Chambers clerk, Alex McEwen to discuss fees and whether the case is suitable for instructions under the Public Access Scheme.
Counsel will consider cases on a Conditional Fee Arrangement on a case by case basis subject to a risk assessment on the papers prior to acceptance. The Senior Clerk will then agree the fees prior to Counsel accepting the Brief.
